316 Stainless Steel internal hardware is standard on all ProfiDrum models for performance and durability.
Stainless Steel Spraybar
Stainless Steel construction can withstand years of high pressure application and water hammer safety. Will not fatigue and fail like other plastic spraybars.
Stainless Steel Mesh Screen
70 Micron mesh screen filters water with a high flow rate.
Please note: Screen sections are not held in place by installing sheet metal screws into drum.
ProfiDrum screen sections are secured by Stainless Steel bars that are bolted to the drum for a very secure installation.
The sides of the screens are held secure by a smooth band clamp and not a destructive worm drive clamp.
Stainless Steel Drum Frame
Drum frames are exposed to high rotational stresses. ProfiDrum drum frames are manufactured from stainless steel for many years of 24/7 operation.
Stainless Steel Waste Tray
Designed with a built in slope to guide waste out of the RDF. The stainless steel construction allows for thinner side walls, which prevents waste from accumulating on the tray edge. The stainless steel waste tray will stand up to heavy debris loads and will not bend or break.
